Building Rental Portfolio
We are just starting to build our rental portfolio and have one duplex. We were wondering if we should continue to buy duplexes or get a SFH?

@Sian Cromer I suggest buying any type of property that is profitable. There are more SFH than duplexes, so I would expect that SFH would be the largest part of your portfolio. I would not limit myself to a specific type.
