Do I need to attorney to write an offer?
I am selling my home. I have listed the home on MLS through a flat fee listing agent, but I am representing myself in the sale process. I have been directly approached by an interested buyer who does not have a realtor. Given that there is no realtor on both sides, I need some help to write up the offer. Do I need to use a real-estate attorney or are there other options? What do you suggest, considering both quality and affordability in the process?
This is in Minnesota if that helps. Thank you in advance.

@Riaz Mohamed you can fill it out yourself but unless you understand contract law and property disclosures I would recommend against it. $100 is very cheap for an attorney, I would be concerned that it is too cheap. If you want to learn this and do it yourself going forward pay the attorney and you can use that as a template. Or find the old PA from when you bought it and try to copy it. You open yourself to some risk by checking boxes and signing if there is anything in the form that you don't completely understand.
