Highest Cash Flow City in the US?

Hey BP!

I'm curious where your cash cow markets are. I love northern indiana, near the lake & bordering chicago. 100k B class duplexes rent for 1500 and C class closer to 1800. I can't believe more investors haven't driven these prices up yet.

Problem is this market isn't huge, and I want to chase more similar opportunities in markets that are landlord friendly, low taxes/city utilities, and have a lot of small MFR available. Chime in! Where are your cash cows coming from?

Cheers-

I'm invested in Indianapolis and Orange County, CA. You can guess which has better cash flow... :)
