Multi Family in Cleveland Ohio. Want to get in the OH, advice ps.

I have been looking at Cleveland, OH for a bit. Not based from there so would need some insight if more jobs are coming and there are future upsides there. The population has been a bit of a decline, but not sure if that is the case. MFs are coming at very good deals and am interested in picking it up there. Want to go to Cleveland, instead of Chicago, or Detroit. 

a) MF future in Cleveland? Good investment?

b) Any contractors or companies that can do make readies you can recommend?

 Asad give The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods a read. This will give you a good understanding of what to expect out of each neighborhood. As for jobs the Cleveland market has got a huge medical industry & Amazon has just opened a few fulfillment centers so keep an eye out for investments in Euclid as I anticipate that neighborhood will benefit greatly with increased rental pricing & demand.
