Post: Purchasing CSC Used Washers/Dryers...

We are having the same issue Stephen. We had CSC for 6 years from 2012-2018. Decided enough is enough with those guys and buy machines from 123laundry.com in California for our MF in Austin, TX. They were decent priced Maytag machines ($500 each) but a year later both the washers have control board issues. Now we are stuck as no one has control boards, and can't find decent priced refurbished machines. It seems there are two big wholesalers (one in FL, and the other in CA) which control the coin operated market. Others are the rental programs which have just been a bigger heartache... Lowes.com used to have coin-operated ones until last year, but can't find decent priced new or refurbished anywhere.

I have a lot near Knoxville, TN bought at a Tax Sale. Wondering if there is a way to do the Quiet the Title yourself, and if title companies do it, how much do they cost? I got a bid for $2000 for the service.

I want to subdivide a lot I have in Austin. It is 0.21 acre (approx 60 by 151). Alley on the side is 15 f. I want to sub divide the lot and sell the lot at the back. Are there restrictions on how big the lot has to be? By my math it will be approx 4500 sq/ft. (60 by 75). Any experience or insights are welcome.

@Mehul Shah I was 100% going to buy a property right by the bridge, and got chicken and 5 days later it is pending. I am going to pick up something there very shortly, why not. Its beautiful, someone ought to smarten up and fix this side.

Thanks @Pat L. Do you think the new mayor in Niagara Falls, NY will bring some change? Also the Hotel Niagara is finally being renovated to revive the falls tourist area? Do you see a revival there?

Just an update on this. Was lucky enough to get them to reply and got resolved a month after. Unfortunately the cash buyer is gone and now hopefully renting it for a year, and putting it back on the market next year.

Have been eyeing Niagara Falls, NY for a while. Prices are very cheap, and city has not shown too many signs of getting up from the past. The downtown area near the casino, falls is located in one of the most scenic areas in US, but almost a ghetto. I want to try and pick up a property (SF) in the casino, falls, border area and do AirBnB. Property prices are 40-50 and probably to cost to dress them up is another 10K. Does anyone have any experience with this, my issue is I am not too sure if I can find co-hosts to manage the place. The two other people I approached shut me down and not a lot doing it.
My reasoning with AirBnB is to target tourists (8.5 million supposedly go through the city each year). The local population is still on a decline... Any advice, help would be appreciated.

Post: Commercial building inspection in GTA

Commercial building inspection recommendations in GTA area? We are just putting a 5000 sq/ft retail/residential mix building in contract in Toronto East area.

I have been looking at Cleveland, OH for a bit. Not based from there so would need some insight if more jobs are coming and there are future upsides there. The population has been a bit of a decline, but not sure if that is the case. MFs are coming at very good deals and am interested in picking it up there. Want to go to Cleveland, instead of Chicago, or Detroit.

a) MF future in Cleveland? Good investment?

b) Any contractors or companies that can do make readies you can recommend?

Thanks!
