Experience in selling a Turnkey Rental Property

Has anyone sold turnkey properties that they have held for a long time?  If so, how did it go? In thinking through this type of investment, I want to know what to expect when I go to sell it, or if my children inherit it and go to liquidate holdings. I own 2 in Memphis, with Memphis Invest.

I've sold $100M+ in the space. So long as you market & price the properties correctly it can be a very smooth & easy process. Make sure you hire yourself a Real Estate Company that understands the rental space. What you don't want to do is hire a Residential Agent who's going to market the home & treat the home the same way that they'd treat any other home where the buyer plans on living there. The rental property space is a whole different world.
