Your opinion about websites that buys your property for cash

Hi!

I would like to know your opinion about webs that offers to buy houses for cash. In my case, I have two townhouses for sale in Costa Blanca, Spain, and I have found a web from the UK that says that has a list of cash buyers willing to buy. I tend to not believing in something that is too good to be true. But in the other hand it make sense that exists people with lists of buyers that use a website to look for people with the properties they want to buy.

What is your opinion about this?

in the US those are usually wholesale buyers looking to bottom feed..  IE get a great deal at your expense.. but does not hurt to see what they will offer.
