Thank you again for being here 😊✨

Thank for your quick reply @Jay Hinrichs

I’m a newbie and don’t know all these services and when I find something “easy” I tend to suspect that isn’t reliable.

I’ll see what can they offer 👍

Hi!

I would like to know your opinion about webs that offers to buy houses for cash. In my case, I have two townhouses for sale in Costa Blanca, Spain, and I have found a web from the UK that says that has a list of cash buyers willing to buy. I tend to not believing in something that is too good to be true. But in the other hand it make sense that exists people with lists of buyers that use a website to look for people with the properties they want to buy.

What is your opinion about this?

Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure of the costs yet. The idea is to stage, to decorate a place to sold it much more quickly. It works both on rentals and sales. There are lots of companys abroad, here in Spain not so many. We will work in Valencia and Marina Alta, Alicante. You can message me for more info.

Hi @Erwin Groenendijk, how is the apartment doing? :)

I'm from Valencia although I'm a newbie investing in Costa Blanca (Orba).

I'm interested in knowing if people liked your deal. Did you sold it?

If not, do you plan doing home staging?

:)

I'm a big fan of the benefits of home staging. I'm thinking of create a little HS business. In fact I already know two friends home stagers in Valencia that can make apartments sell very well over there.

Does exist any selling strategy that involves home staging?.I'm thinking a lot about it, but still I haven't found what I'm looking for. I'd like the HS to be included in the strategy in some way.

Any ideas?

 @Thomas Downes,

Idealista is the best resource here in Spain.  You can check properties for rent in these websites, but most of them will be already in idealista: https://www.kyero.com/es/costa-blanca-propiedad-la...https://www.yaencontre.com/alquiler/casas/costa-bl...https://casas.trovit.es/alquiler-larga-temporada-c....

You will find there some expensive rentals but they are usually high end villas.

Can I see the link to that apartment?, maybe I can comment some things that would help you know if could be a good deal or not ;)

@Thomas Downes yes there are some differences. There is a thing that you have to know, long term rentals in Spain are lower that what we read in the USA or UK. If you want to long term rent for minimum 1000€ you have to own an almost high end property. If your ARV is for example 140.000€ maybe you can long term rent for 600€. Benidorm is typically a medium level place, so I think you won't long term with high prices. In the other hand summer rentals (not need to be Airbnb, just monthly or fortnights) can be very rewarding, as you can rent for 3000€/month. However, in Costa Blanca there are other towns like Moraira or Javea that are more expensive, and have more higher rentals, but you'll have to be much more patient to find a deal here, if you want to spend the minimum. Because all these peculiarities (and others) , I think you should know the area or trust a spanish wholesaler.

Hi @Thomas Downes

What zones are you interested in and what strategy are you planning for the apartments?
