Replacing windows

As part of my thinking re selling my house, I wonder about window replacement.
I have a 3 bay window in the dining area, one kitchen window, and the large living room window that have condensation between the panes. The 3 bay and kitchen miniblinds are almost always closed because of the view--the bedrooms of the house next door.
I just had a SEARS salesman here: $4500 for all of them, 20 years, transferrable warranty. Firm price, even if they find (or do) damage that needs repaired.

Based on what I know today, I would plan to list my house at about $115000, without new windows. If I replace them, is it going to bring enough value that I could raise the price to cover them?.

$4500 sounds high, and the fact that it is Sears tells me to expect prices to be high.

No way to tell if the value of your house would go up and by how much, but I'd bet that it might sell faster if it doesn't have as many problems for a new owner to solve.
