Where do they get the money?

When investors buy pre-foreclosures by making back payments, where does one get the money to make the back payments? Are pre-foreclosures bought using subject to or lease option? Gurus who teach pre-foreclosure investing often fail to mention "where" to get the money to cover back payments if one does not have the money out of pocket to cover the debts.

Gurus fail to mention a lot of things. Namely any obstacles that might preclude you from being upsold on their "education" products.

My guess is most investors get the money from their W-2 job. If you don't have any money, you will have to partner with someone who does.
