Costs of Wholesaling

Hey everyone, I started listening to Sean Terry’s podcasts and how you don’t have to have any money to start wholesaling if you do it right, but I have a question about legal fees. When you do either a contract assignment or a double escrow and turn the paperwork into the title company or attorney, what are the fees you pay for closing? Thanks!

@Kolten Astle   Fist at all  you need to find an investor-friendly title company,  normally all of the cost are transferred to the end buyer,
