Hello All,

Like most SoCal nvestors I am looking out of state. I am starting at ground zero and would love to hear some input on some markets others are in and have good management/contractors or agents. Not looking for you to do all the work just a single breadcrumb that I can follow and start on.

Thank you in advance.

Personally, I like Indianapolis and Kansas City for cash flow. I think they have the best combination of good cash flow with strong economic and demographics like population growth and new jobs.
