I have been heavily researching and considering installing a prebuilt storage container home on a property out in joshua tree. The lot has water and electricity, but I am having trouble finding out estimates what it would costs to install the actual home.

Does anyone have any experience with this and any rough estimates for what it would cost to lay foundation or fix (there is a previous one not sure the condition) and install the storage container home on the property?

Thank you!

Caleb Heimsoth why do you say you wouldnt. I have a video production as my source of income right now.
I agree, does he ever talk about the process of actually buying property in mexico?
Has anyone on here done a air bnb in mexico i live in san diego and want to buy one in rosarito area and rent it out wondering if going through bank trust is a worthwhile process and if you have had success managing it with local crews. Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hey I am really getting stuck in the analysis paralysis,  I am in between investing in turnkey property in indy or kansas city, or starting out in land investing and diving in their.

Looking for a little guidance my worry about investing in indy or Kansas city is that their are so many investors their I could see the value going down if rental areas start to get neglected.

Is land investing still viable right now seems as the supply has dried up and it is becoming overrun with seller financing investors already.

Thank you all!
