Palm Beach County Flips

Hi everyone. I just moved to south Florida a few months ago and I have been exploring PBC trying to determine what the good areas are. I am curious to get community feedback about what areas are good for flips. What I am looking for is specific neighborhoods in West Palm, Boynton, Lake Worth, Delray, Lantana, Boca, and Deerfield. What do you think? Which neighborhoods in which towns are turning?

I agree with @Brian Garrett , you can find good deals anywhere. With that being said, budget plays the biggest role in this. For example a market like Boca Raton you'd be spending a lot more as the average house here is almost $300k+
