FSBO Contract and Closing costs???
I’m offering 2.5% to buyers realtor and offering closing costs to buyers without realtor. Is that reasonable? Also who draws the contracts for a buyer not using a realtor? My real estate attorney or title company? Thanks

I think your offers are reasonable.
Title companies do not draw contracts... not smart ones anyway. All risk, no reward.
Contracts are for the parties, their attorneys or agents to negotiate and put to paper.
