Scouting Trip fto Cleveland, Ohio October 29 to September 2!

Hello everyone! My real estate partner and I reside in Southern California (San Diego and Orange County (Costa Mesa / Newport Beach), respectively) and we're taking a trip to Cleveland, Ohio from October 29 (actually taking the redeye that night so won't be in until early morning of October 30) to the late afternoon of September 2.

We are mainly focused on multifamily properties under $500K with value add potential to rehab and hold, although we would prefer to keep rehabs on the medium to light side, due to physical distance barriers. This could change depending on the additional boots-on the-ground contacts we make while in town. We are also open SFRs in the better neighborhoods (Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit Shoreway, Shaker Heights, University Circle, Lakewood, parts of Old Brooklyn, Cleveland Heights, etc.) if the price peaks our interest.

We're currently scheduling meetings with local contractors, lenders, brokers and property managers, but would love to make some connections from the Bigger Pockets community.
