Buying old 1960s 4 plex

Hi
I am looking at a 4 plex which is 1960s built. All the units are rehabbed, but I am not sure if I the roof has been replaced. It doesn't look bad though.

What might be negatives for buying such a property, purely from the age Standpoint.

Thanks
Arvind

Also, if the building has been renovated, verify that no Chinese drywall was used in the renovation.
