Are there Realtor Ethics?

Has anyone ever encountered a situation where a realtor has turned down an offer because the EMD was not 5% minimum and then proceeds to insult me in writing with a text message? ( Nowhere in the listing did it say minimum earnest money 5%) I just feel there has to be something done to stop this kind of activity. Thanks for the advice.

you have to remember

as investors as realtors

some folks are just in the business for a fast buck

it is not their passion nor do they really care about your situation or are going to help you out

youll find people that love this business and their ethics prove of what they are made of

keep your chin up and youll go through a lot of realtors and investors before you find your group

and the folks that you will do business with
