I would suggest trying to attend the local REIA's in the area. There are quite a few, the Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors Group on Facebook is a great group to join. There are a lot of active investors on that site, and they have a monthly meeting as well. The Renegade Detroit Investors is another great group to join, both groups are free and have monthly meetings.

You don't have to make an account for anything. Go to the Wayne County Treasurers website and then search by address.

Here's the website: http://www.waynecounty.com/treasurer/treasurer_pay...

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi @Hurricane Hamilton

I would suggest joining the Metro Detroit Real Estate Group Facebook page. It is a very active group. When you find a property ask about contractors/ property managers in that group!

Hey, Drew! Welcome to BP! This is a great website with lots of useful information. I'm originally from the Orlando area. Be sure to check out CFRI the local REIA. They have tons of classes and meetings for investors. There is usually something every day of the week somewhere in Central Florida.
