Looking to buy Condo in Orlando
I am drooling at some condos in Orlando priced dirt cheap. Is this the time to buy? With the cash offer only deal and my lack of cash is possiable to make a deal happen down there? I want to market it as a vaca rental.

With condos come HOA's ... many are in dreadful shape (lawsuits, special assessments, high dues, etc) so tread very carefully.
