Systems to manage your business

I am revamping our systems and looking for some advice. We have access to TLO so we can find owner names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. We use this data to mail them, call them and email them. I am looking for a solution to manage this data.

We do direct mail to driving for dollars lists and a couple of others. I need a system where I can enter in the subject property address, the owners name and proper mailing address then export that to excel for uploading to direct mail service providers and for emailing the leads.

I also need to be able to track the results of the direct mail campaigns and keep notes on conversations with sellers, set reminders for follow up calls, etc.

I guess what I need is a CRM that can do all of this in one. Any suggestions?
