Systems to manage your business

I am revamping our systems and looking for some advice. We have access to TLO so we can find owner names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. We use this data to mail them, call them and email them. I am looking for a solution to manage this data.

We do direct mail to driving for dollars lists and a couple of others. I need a system where I can enter in the subject property address, the owners name and proper mailing address then export that to excel for uploading to direct mail service providers and for emailing the leads.

I also need to be able to track the results of the direct mail campaigns and keep notes on conversations with sellers, set reminders for follow up calls, etc.

I guess what I need is a CRM that can do all of this in one. Any suggestions?

@Braden Smith Great job getting TLO, there a couple other skiptracing services that I would say are just as good if not better but thats a great start! I use investorfuse for my automation and its a great tool to help me stay on top of followups, appointments, team members, virtual assistants and keep track of all the in's and out's of my wholesale business! Hope this helps feel free to PM me if you have any questions!
