Mls or hubzu purchase

Hello all

I have found a property that I want to purchase and live in.  My question is the home is listed both on the mls (340k) and on hubzu (starting bid 217k).  Of course I want to spend as little as possible But I am afraid that if I go the auction route someone may put in a offer via mls and purchase the home.  How can the home be in 2 places? What should be my strategy that ensures that I get the home.

It's on the MLS to mass market the property. If you want to purchase you will have to go through hubzu. To ensure you get the home you will need to outbid everyone else who wants the home.
