Managing Rehab in Florida Remotely
I'm looking at an investment rental about an hour and a half north of Orlando. The property cash flows well but will require a fair amount of rehab work. Even including rehab it's still a good deal.
I live in Maryland and wanted some thoughts on managing the rehab from a distance. Does anyone have recommendations for good contractors in northern or central Florida.
Thanks in advance!

The contractor you use will make or break the entire deal. Not scaring you just being honest. Take your time and ask for a million references and ask a ton of questions.
