Probate in Philadelphia
Im looking to convince an executor that I'm worthy to buy his Grandmothers property.... only thing is I can't find him.
It was suggested on BP that I check the probate. How is this done in Philadelphia?

Here in Philadelphia, you need to go to City Hall. There are two Probate offices (yeah, they intentionally make it hard); but they are down the hall from each other. One office has the address, and the other has the record. They do charge a dollar or two. Hope this helps!
