Desirable Areas in Stuart/PSL and Surrounding Area
Hey BP!
I'm new to this site and investing. My job relocates me every so often and I recently arrived to Stuart, FL from Philadelphia, PA.
I decided to finally take action a couple months ago while in Philly and attempt to wholesale a property. I had it under contract but wasn't able to secure a buyer. I learned from that experience. It got me excited.
Now that I'm in Stuart/Jensen Beach, I really want to acquire my first property. I have a feeling rental properties and pre/foreclosures are more popular than wholesaling in this area.
Is anyone able to point out desirable neighborhoods or where I can "drive for dollars?" This was a lot easier in the city lol
Anything helps. I would also like a mentor if anyone is willing!

Hi @Keith Doe What do you do for a living? My wife and I haven been to PSL a few times this year, and would love to move out there as soon as I find a replacement job. Some of the nicest areas we have seen are West of 95, or St Lucie's West, Traditions and Torino area. One way I think that is a really good idea is to convince owners of lots to sell and offer them to builders in the area. Following the school zones is another good way to find the nicer areas.
