How do I find buyers?

I have two deals under contract, but don't have any buyers on my list that buy in those areas. What's the best way for me to find buyers to move these properties quickly?

@BJ Henderson , if you've got a great deal, post it in the Marketplace Forum. Your Pro membership allows you to post deals, services, self promotion and ads.

In order to post a deal in the Marketplace, you MUST have equitable interest in the property, meaning you must own it or have it under contract. 

If you fit those requirements, post the deal!
