I know it's a basic question, but at this point, i need some help finding all the FSBO, and potential deals, all i really do is drive around or look online. Mainly looking for someone who's interested in seller finance.

Driving around is one of the best ways to find deals. Even as a seasoned investor, it's one of my favorite ways to find houses. FSBOs are a hard market to crack sometimes. You'll have to make a lot of offers to find what you're looking for but this is a numbers game. Don't just look for FSBOs when you're out driving. Look for vacant and neglected properties and contact the owners to make an offer. These are great for wholesaling to other investors and it will take little to no money out of pocket to put these deals together.
