I'm looking for insight on buying single family homes on Auction.com (both in person & online).

If there's anyone who have purchased property from there before, what's the process and any pointers/advice/tips.

@Shanel Wiggins

I signed up to bid once. They put a hold on your credit card for 1,000-2,500 in order to place a bid.  If you win the auction or are the highest bidder then you may have the opportunity to purchase.  I don't think they are as strict about having all of the money right away like a trustee sale would be but I am not 100% sure.
