Hi @Cameron Brulotte.  It all depends on what your objective is.  Why are you buying it?  To sell, rent, wholesale, etc.....

Also, what are your goals in general?  Build up capital, cash flow?

Depending on these answers will determine what you should be doing and if its even possible with your current situation.

So take a step back and analyze some of these things and your answer will be revealed.
