Post: Collcting Rent via app for condo!

What is the best way to collect rent via an app for condos?

I have tried to use apartments.com but it will not let me use my property address Becuase it was converted condos in 2008

Is there an easier app? I am trying to avoid Venmoe Becuase hence the rent is already claimed. I would have to pay double the taxes

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

My partner and I are looking to expand our single family and multi family investment portfolio outside of the state we reside. We are considering using Roofstock. Does anybody have any experience and feedback with Roofstock? From the buying process, to property management, etc., all thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

I mean in the pro account here I think they have that template, or you can go to office depot near you and ask for a standard purchase and sale agreement, I am a realtor(however not a lawyer), anything you draw up should be seen by your lawyer or professional before you get your self into a tricky situation with the owner.  Obviously other people will have better feed back than me so just keep checking with forums or upgrade your account.

I did one for my whole condo but it was about 4 times the price, i researched youtube/ratings and made a few phone calls to garage door mechanics what the best motor would be, maybe you could just make some more calls!
