Using multiple realtors
I'm looking for some opinions for thoughts on using more than 1 realtor to search for investor properties. Is this common practice? Or do most only utilize a single realtor to be on the lookout for properties you as an investor may be interested in?
I've been told that its best to have an "investor realtor" .
Looking forward to responses.
Thank you.

@John D. many realtors will want you to sign an exclusive just with them. as an investor I would stay away from those agents.
the key in this business is to develop as many channels for potential deals as possible. one agent will greatly limit you in this regard.
any agent that works with investors totally understands that.
let me know if I can help further...
