Hi everyone, 

I know I've seen this question asked before, but I cannot get the threads to come up in search, so I'm asking again here. I am in need of a home inspector for a Memphis, TN, property I'm purchasing. Any recommendations?

I used Jason Lovelace. He was great and super detailed. Went back to my property 3 times and did extra detailed work. Also he gave me as much phone time as I needed.
