I'M STUCK!

So as the title says I'm STUCK that's exactly what I mean. I am currently deployed and love learning and reading about the real estate world, but there is one question I keep asking myself that I cant figure out so I decided to see if anyone here could help. I was wondering if there is anything I could do within the next 3 months that could better help me to progress faster in my goals of obtaining my first rental property (multi-family) when I return home to the states. I plan to be very active when I get back but cant seem to think of anything I can do  while I'm gone to really help me progress to my goals. Any help is greatly appreciated.

• start analyzing deals online so you know what the market is doing when you get back
• start calling and interviewing agents to see who you want to work with
• read/learn
• write out your plan and commit it in writing
• network online
