Probate Question
Hello all,
I've been looking in the forums for an answer but haven't come across anything.
Everything I read says to find the Executor's address and send to them directly, but what about just labeling the envelope to 'Executor of Estate' followed by the decedent's address? Someone that has interest in the estate surely has to pick up the mail.
Any thoughts on the subject?
Thanks

I mean, an executor in most states *ought* to be picking up mail to the decedent's address. That doesn't mean they necessarily will. Decent idea from a business *only* perspective.
