Is there an official agent database

Howdy, 

For us without direct access to the MLS, is there a free database out there that can help streamline access to agents email and phone numbers?

I find collecting bits and pieces through google.

@Frank Sanchez the agent should be able to give you sold searching ability too.  However, you will need the agent to tell you the final sales price if they are willing.
