Hello All I hear Memphis Tn is a great market for investors and I would love to start wholesailing there! How can I start marketing to sellers in a different city?? Even though I'm only a few hours away and I also lived in Memphis!

Your best source for buyers will be from the active turnkey providers in our market. Since there are several you should not have an issue selling a home if you get a good one.  Give me a call if you ever get a deal for sale, I will let you know if Im interested.
