Hello All I'm desperately seeking wholesalers in the Nashville Tn area for help. I've been studying, going to workshops and listening to podcasts! Hello All Are there any wholesalers in the Clarksville Tn area?? I would like to start marketing in Clarksville by using bandit signs and would like to know if anyone else has tried this method?

If the homes have already been sold,  should I still send direct mail or trash the list???

Today I brought 145 leads from Listsource and I believe ALL the leads are bad. I entered the addresses on Zillow and Truila and the homes have already been sold. Is this something I should expect when buying leads from Listsource? I feel like i'm wasting money...

Thanks for the information @Sean OToole!!! I believe my issue was making sure the criteria was correct! Last night I played around with list source to get a good feel on how it actually works and now I'm very concerned confident. :) my first direct mail will be Wednesday..YES..thanks again!

Ok great!! I feel better now. @Claire Trammell. I've read some of the comments on Listsource and how wonderful it was but I just wanted to make sure that the homes haven't been sold before I start mailing my yellow letters. Thanks again

I'm new to BP and today will be my first step to Wholesaling and start my  marketing campaign. This morning i decided to buy a list of absentee owners from ListSource and I'm wondering how accurate is it. The first  few property addresses (according to Zillow and Truila)  were sold a year ago. How can I make sure that the properties have not been sold before I start my direct mail campaign???
