@Jay Hinrichs, i think you are right in a sense it has being outlawed due to different location. We just have to be super cautious on every single deal we sign on!!! Well, getting hands on malaysian properties is good but it seems to be too slow and bored. The flipping heat has passed and now on the down trend while facing inflation and extreme low rental yield made me feel to get out of this country. Hope to have some good solid deal, maybe partnerships....

@Alex Franks, the food is always good, lets meet up if there is chance and i think i'll stretch your tummy even further. I think the main thing is i do not have a known partner exist in the states now, hope to find some good partners in BP if possible so i won't get into trouble, foresee that is one of the safest and consider risky in another way (heaven or hell haha)... lets keep in touch, might be we can come across on some deal.

Hello, i'm calvin from malaysia, i would love to look into some turnkey properties that are feasible to invest in the States. A lot of information has been pour saying to be aware on some problems with turnkey that would be a problem for foreigner, what would be your best advice and recommendation to get tenanted turnkey properties in a good city nowadays?
