Recommendation for realtors/turn key providers in Kansas City

Hello,

I have been planning to by an investment home for a buy and hold and Kansas City is one of the markets that I have been interested in.

I called a few realtors but I haven't come across an Invester friendly realtor yet but I am hoping there are plenty.

Can anyone recommend a realtor that works with out of state investors ?

Should I consider turnkey?

I appreciate your time

Thank you !

Hi. I just got back from Kansas City to meet with a total of 4 turnkey providers that I picked out from about 8 providers and agents. There were surely all deferent, some good some bad. Looked at about 18 SFH to see their work. All in all my trip was great and so happy I went to check it out and not buy blindly. I had put offers on two properties. We will see how it goes. Feel free to PM me if you would like more info. BTW this is my first investment deal too, so I am quite new at this.
Good Luck!
