Hi Don,

How often are you requesting for updates from them?

I’m in a similar situation as most people on here. I signed a contract with delta on 10/2021, and received a permit in July 2022. It was initially looking like we were making progress but it appears the project is stalled for the past 2.5 months.  I’m hoping to get some clarification soon.

Hi Eric!

Would you be able to give me an update on my property. It took 2.5 months between “Form mono slab & dig perimeter footings”. Which was in progress 2.5 months ago and next on the list "Install under slab plumbing”- which is in process now.

@Scott S. I received a docusign as well but it was originally sent under a message invite to “join a private group” to discuss the new builds. But underneath the “private group” confidentiality agreement they expected me to sign, there is another document that was not brought up during their original email from R2R.

@Jonathan Greene

Hi Jonathan! Do you still have these meetings? Would love to attend

Thank you @Will Pieper for the tip and heads up. Calling other agents in the area is a great idea.

Hello,

I am planning on buying a property in Independence MO for a buy and hold (as an OOS buyer). I would like to ask if anyone has worked with Mackaylee Beach ? #1 cash flow source before? I understand she was affiliated with USREEB in the past which has had mixed reviews. But I haven't been able to find any review with this new company she started. Any one has had the chance to work with her company or know of it? How about alpha one property management?

Thank you in advance!

Hello,

I currently rent in Manhattan ($1600/month ) and I am considering buying a condo in the Bronx instead and paying a mortgage that will be closer to the rent I am currently paying. I have also been looking at multi families under $550,000 to rent one unit as I am living in another unit. My question is how safe is South Bronx around the Woodstock or Melrose area? I want to be as close to Manhattan as possible and those are the neighborhoods I am currently viewing properties at. Do you think it is the right time to buy around that area?

Thanks in advance
