Streamlining rental application???

Hi there,

We are hoping to put an offer on our second rental property soon and I am wondering if anyone knows a convenient way to send and receive applications electronically or otherwise where we don't have to meet each and every person at the rental and give them an application. We have 5 kids and are busy and trying to free up time and start out on the right foot.

Hello Rachel,

There are many different services out there. Cozy and AppFolio are among some popular ones.

I would suggest doing some research and see if there are any property management programs that let you do a demo trial. This way you can test to see which one you like best.
