Hi Everyone,

I am new to Real Estate market. Currently I am located near chicago, aurora, and naperville and I have been looking into wholesaling and rehabbing. I have created my motivated sellers list but having some difficulty with the process of finding a good real estate attorney to get some legit contracts. Any suggestions?

Welcome to BP Jarrel. You'll find a lot of useful information in the resources and learn tab. There are some sample contract on under resources and forms. You can take those to a real estate attorney as a template and if you want to add any other clauses they can go from there
