Looking for Turn-Key Companies

I'm looking to start my investment portfolio and due to the local market heating up, I'm going to have to do it out of state. I'm not bound by location, but mostly looking for decent markets, KC, Birmingham, Indianapolis, Memphis, etc. I'm looking for a Turn-Key company, if you are one send me a message and let me know what you have to offer. Also if you've had a great experience with a Turn-Key provider let me know those as well!

I've been through hundreds of posts and done hours of research on multiple companies and need a little help narrowing down the search!

@Drew Castleberry

There is a great site that @Jay Hinrichs

 and @Brie Schmidt

created that can be helpful. It is:

http://turnkey-reviews.com/

Also, you should think about describing what types of things you are looking for. For instance:

What are your goals? do you just want cash flow or are you concerned with appreciation as well? What types of areas are you ok with?

Much like other forms of investing with guidance such as the stock market what you buy and how you buy it is an extremely personal decision and one person's great investment can be another person's bad investment depending on the situation and how well you can sleep at night with that investment over a 5 year time frame or more.
