This is from Shea. He has about 4000 of these videos for Detroit  I always seem to get entertained and learn something from Big Shea. This one investor has about 40 of these and lately bought a few dozen more I think. 

 Check out what this out of state investor just picked up for $600.

Not sure why he's whining about the trash out so much, it's not that bad.  Nothing a couple dumpsters and some laborers couldn't fix in a day.  The bigger concern is it's a crappy house on a crappy block in Detroit full of vacant houses.
