Help With Purchase And Sale Contracts/Agreements Please

Hello, I've got a perfect deal on the table and have negotiated a killer price.

I'm meeting with the seller tomorrow and have but one problem- I'm not sure how to fill out a contract and am not sure which contract to use and how to fill them out!

I'd love if somebody could provide me with a great, simple purchase and sale agreement and a step by step guide to filling it out and making sure I'm able to get the specifics of the deal I want into the contract.

Excited and definitely want to figure out this contract game, I look forward to hearing from you guys. Thank you for the help!

I suggest you go to a title company, they might tell you what you need to do, an attorney certainly will.

Before you go fishing, better check your bait and tackle box, pretty bad getting to a hot spot and finding out you don't have a hook or know how to tie a knot!  :)
