Comps in Jacksonville Fl HELP

I need someone who knows what they are doing to run comps for me on a project I've got in Jacksonville....I have called no less than 30 agents/investors and not 1 answered their phone or returned the call.....Can someone lead me in the right direction of getting proper comps...i.e. NOT FROM ZILLOW OR TRULIA! I need actual Solds preferably from the MLS.
