Making an offer
Im finally at the point where its time to start making a lot of offers. I have my offer contracts prepared. The only problem is I'm confused on how to submit the actual offer to the prospect buyer. Meaning should I email it, Fedex it, deliver it in person, etc.
I know this sounds like a really simple question but I am trying to get my system down early and would like to know the best way to go about it. Advice please! Thanks in advance.

Who are you making the offer too? Are these private owners? If so have you ever spoken to them? I would not just send out offer contracts to strangers whom I have never had a conversation with, which this is what it sounds like you are planning on doing.
If I am assuming wrong please let me know.
I would personally speak with these owner/sellers on the phone or in person and negotiate your deal that way so if you get an accepted offer you can then have the purchase contract ready to go.
Good luck
