BP RELO, Blinding Flash Of The Obvious
Yesterday, a young lady told me her brother needs to sell his house as he's moving to Seattle. Besides the house deal, I told her that we have some folks here from that area.
I then began asking myself why investors here aren't developing their own relocation types service????
If you bump into someone moving to an area where a BP member is located why not contact that investor and see what they have or put them to work on finding a deal or rental through their network?
Relocation services (RELO) serve real estate brokerages placing people moving from one area to another.
I'm not suggesting kickbacks or paying illegal referral fees, but it seems an entity could be established allowing investors to join and share in arrangements made. Just a thought.
Thinking a little bigger, you can also get into trades, equity sharing, investors might do 1031 exchanges. Other possibilities may exist.
Just saying, if someone is moving away you can look up your member investors by zip code or area where these folks are moving to. Flip the member a deal!
Any ideas on this? :)
