Has anyone tried Roofstock ?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has tried roof stick for investing in RE. If so thoughts please ?

I work with Roofstock as an agent(in KC) so happy to chat from that angle. The properties on the marketplace are listed/inputted by an agent. They are on or off market deals. Usually they are pretty turn key or >8-10K rehab. When you offer you get connected with an agent. I would discuss the deal with the agent. After that you'll do inspections and connect with a PM. Hopefully this helps a little
