Hi @Nikki Nicole,

I'm based in Southern California, but I have started my out-of-state real estate journey in Indianapolis. Now, I have a portfolio of Short Term Rentals and Long Term Rentals.

I've also helped other investors with their DSCR loans and flip projects. Happy to share my experiences and chat with you more if you're interested

Hello, I am interested in getting started with the DCSR Loan can you send over your website information

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good DCSR loan company with great rates. I would like to put my investment in my LLC that's why I'm thinking this would be the route to go. But I am noticing some of the rates are high. Also looking to put 15-20 percent down.

Hey I was wondering, who I should go through to get a heloc.  Principal only, first.. I’m having a hard time. I see principal and interest only payments right now.

Nikki,

Sorry to hear that you’re having a hard time. I’ve never seen lenders do principal-only loans, and didn’t even know that’s a thing. Are you saying that you want some type of intro period essentially? Every lender out there is going to charge some type of interest, otherwise there really isn’t a reason for them to lend. If the goal is to get a lower monthly payment, the only way I would know how to do that is to either get 1) interest-only loan (then you can start making principal payments when things get better), 2) do a rate and term refi (example: if you currently have a 20 year mortgage, refinancing at on a 30 year mortgage could lower your payment). All said, I do hope that you can find something that helps you.

I’m sorry I put the wrong info out. I meant interest only at first. Many are offering interest and principal and I don’t want that ..
